Grilled Salmon with Asparagus

Grilled Salmon with Asparagus

Yields  2 servings


  • 2 pc – Salmon Fillets – cleaned and de-boned
  • 14 pc – Asparagus – trimmed
  • 2 pc – Bacon Slices
  • 2 pc – Lemon Zest and Juice
  • 2 Tbsp – Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Flaked Sea Salt – to taste
  • Fresh Ground Black Pepper – to taste


  1. Preheat barbecue to 175°C (350°F), clean grill with wire brush then season with vegetable oil
  2. Brush salmon with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, zest lemon on fillets
  3. Place salmon on the grill, skin side down, grill until skin is crisp, turn to finish to desired doneness
  4. Wrap a bunch of asparagus with a slice of bacon, season with salt and pepper
  5. Place asparagus on grill and cook until bacon turns crispy and asparagus bright green
  6. Cover salmon and asparagus with aluminum foil to retain heat
